automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was greater than or equal to the Knockout Level of 71,000 index
points. The Index was greater than or equal to this Knockout Level of
71,000 index points on 06th May 2024.

Warrant holders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above
Knockout Warrants.
